IT seems Pakistani Selectors has once again messed with Shahid Afridi’s career, i wonder why dont they let him play in tests too… THey should have selected him earlier insted of Danish, I m sure he would have bolwed better then him…
I hope they select Afridi for Zim-SA instead of this Danish Warne!!
Trust me, he would have been another failiure, the guy can't stay in one days for more than 10 deliveries, how do you expect him to score runs. His past record doesn't matter.
I think it was a better choice to play Danish instead of Afridi.

And his bowling record aginst aussies is good , both in tests and one dayers!!

Afridi is a calculated gamble... if he fails is batting he mostly try to make up w/ his bowling..he is a good team member..good fielder..he should have been in the team..but aab kuch nahee ho sakta....

Although Afridi is a big gamble with the bat, he wasn't being brought in as batter, but an all roudner, and more as a bowler. According to Waqar himself, Afridi was not gonna open the innings, but come in the middle order and be a full-time bowler.....And I believe Afridi shuld have been picked over Kaneria...He hasn't really looked great in this series and especially in this match.
