You should say why some Paskistanis hate each other because I am a Pakistani and I do not hate any other Pakistanis. So this is one person. I also know many other Pakistanis who do not hate other Pakistanis. so here you go buddy, your statment is rhethorical fallacy.
Now back to your question. I would not know the answer since I have not hated anyone for as far as I remember.
