I havent slept for almost 21 hrs now…aik dafa halki neend aaye the abt 13 hrs bk..and kuch kaam kerna para tou neend chali gaye..uskey few hrs baad 5 min ke liye aankh lagi thee and then sis woke me up to lock the door..and after tht neend he nahi aa rahi
hareem i want to sleep
werna it will be time to make aftar in 3 hrs
and I already feel sick..but i’m not able to sleep..neend nahi hai baaqi headache..neck ache..throat ache sub hai
No I don't need to. I myself already am a self made doc. I know what my problem is. I had a weird sleeping schedule in Pakistan and now that I am back, I have to sleep and wake up early which is absolutely killer.
**** Eat bananas because they contain melatonin and serotonin, chemicals known to help the body sleep or drink Chamomile tea, it may taste gross but for me it does the trick.
don't take stress. keep urself busy. listen to quran tilawah. go for taraweeh after iftar. . take a warm bath with epsom salt b4 u go to bed.relax. khud he neend aa jaiy gee
