As’salamelikum
I got a lots of makeup at my wedding from my saas. It was from avon. I barely used any thing..only lipsticks nd liners. I like to do makeup but my skin is super sensitive, i also have some scars. So when i apply foundation skin looks worse. I tried applying foundation nd conceler twice..nd i looked horrible…we are not that social so mostly im just using puff nd gloss.
Today i threw away all old stuff, just kept liners nd lipsticks. I need to buy some new cosmatics coz there are some weddings comming up in my inlaws..I would b reallly grateful if you guys would guide me on wht to buy now.
Re: Wht to buy??
if by scars you mean the pitted ones (the ones that sink into your skin) try using a primer before you put on foundation. That will help with minimizing the look of the scars. If the scars are brown coloured, then you need a good coverage foundation that will cover it in one or two layers. If you keep putting layer after layer of foundation, it is going to get cakey and look awful.

get your makeup done from a parlour!

There are around 5-6 functions in a wedding nd there are 3 weddings coming up. I cant afford to go out to salon with my 2 kids under 3. I will also cost me a lot here in Jeddah.

^try using CoverFx cream foundation, it covers scars amazingly and it doesn't even look caked, also have a lot of shade choices. If not they try Iman's Stick foundation or UD cream foundation. Try Mac's prolong concealer. If you are on a budget try Loreal's souffle foundation it is great. Loreal and neutrogena has some great lip shades. Maybelline has nice pigmented blushes. Hmmm what else do you need to know? You might want to spicify what exactly you are planning to buy.

oh, thought you were in pakistan, accoring to your skin condition, your skills in makeup and the makeup you are not going to use again, i suggested you get your makeup done from a parlour.
Anyway, if your budget is good, try dior, thier liquid foundations and very natural and the powder is very fine that it gives a natural glow rather than caky look.
If you are on a tight budget, then try thick liquid foundations without any powder, i never had good experience with primer myself, so won;t recommend it. try using oil absorbing papers after applying liquid foundation, i have done that when i had very bad skin a few years ago, and it worked for me, hope it works for you too.
Also to be on the safer side, do try to do makeup using different techniques mentioned above and below to practice and find out the best technique/makeup that suits your skin.
