my baby gave her finger in the door few weeks back, I noticed the nail got bit damaged,n today the whole nail just fell down now there is nothing on nail part, wht should I do? allhumdullah no pain, but should I be careful wth water, should I apply any bandage or just leave it n wait for the nail to come back.i don’t know wht to do, bit worried 
Kuch bhi nai. No need to apply anything if the wound is not open. A new nail will grow soon.

But a dry bandage could help to shelter the area, as the skin under the nail is very soft, and could get hurt/injured easily, as she can unknowingly use her finger assuming it still has a nail on it.

Do nothing. This happens with kids in our family. Cutie pie will recover on her own inshAllah!

the nail is growing behind and it will grow till it covers the nail part of the finger. u will be able to see the growing nail in a couple of days iA.
