No one among us can deny the fact that he is intentionally or* unintentionally* acting as a marketing manager of either of the two competing organizations:
1.Good (Chairman =** Allah (swt))**
2.Evil (Chairman = Devil (Iblees / Shaitaan)
Catagorize each and every of your Actions / **Words **per day, by including it in either of the above two catagories (based on your intentions) and you would realize that you have been employed by either of the above two chairmans based on your own “past choices of actions / words” and you might not even know !!
Salary: Both of them give salaries / rewards.
The only difference is that after your efforts:
One gives you “hidden rewards”in present and promises you “Great incentives”in the future.
While the other gives you an “apparently sweet” punishment in present through an illusion by showing it to you the BEST reward of all,… IT looks sweet and tasty till you GET IT!! but then it might be too late to realize its infection.
If at this very moment you are doing / saying / writing / seeing / listening **something which is forbidden by one chairman and liked by the other than you can accordingly catagorize your action as an "Obedience" to the corresponding Chairman and if you are doing it in front of / in knowledge of anyone else (any other human) than actually you are advertizing "a specific product"** of the related organization. Due to this effort you have qualified for getting the promotion of "Marketing Manager" of the corresponding Organization.

I do disagree with the rewards structure though, there are no hard and fast rules.
I agree with X2. If you want to come up with a balance sheet or an Excel sheet based on your good deeds and offset them with your bad deeds you cannot do that. Why ?
You know if you make intention to do a good deed you are rewarded one naikee. If you convert that intention to action then you are rewarded multi fold, fine till now.
So the unit of measure of good deeds can be determined but unit of measure of bad deeds is not known. Allah has kept it to Himself and for a good purpose , if we knew that unit of measure it would be easy for every one to do a bad deed , one would know how many good deeds one has too do to offset it . People would take the liberty to do the bad deeds without the regard to the fact that the next moment would be their last and they might not have a chance to offset their bad deeds.

Even if a person was a member of org. 2 for a long time, there is a good key to turn to organization 1 at any time, so it is never too late till the time limit for "utilizing the products of" both the organizations is over:
Key:Intentions + Repentance + sincerity
The key to becoming a good "Marketing Manager" is :
Consistancy, as the products of both the organizations are "addictive" in nature
