Whose Line is it anyway?

Without a doubt, the funniest show to be featured on the tube.

Improv artistes are indeed the most talented bunch among the the hordes on TV. Anyone can pretend to ‘love’ someone while being filmed in a 15-room mansion along with 50 other competitors or eat bugs while ‘surviving’ on an island; but it takes real skill to make up lines, deliver with perfect timing and counter right on the spot.

It’s also about working well with your peers- understanding their PoV and anticpating their actions/words well. And for that reason I think Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie are the very best in the business.

Prolly one of the few things worth watching on ABC. I was over the moon when the show returned to the airwaves a few seasons ago after such a brilliant run on UK’s Channel 4 (which was much funnier).

Hope it continues it’s run for a long time to come..

Yeah, that is a funny show.

i love this show :k: :k: i agree, improvisation takes a great deal of skills and talent; i think that was a good point made regarding the necessity of having to work well with one’s peers… being able to anticipate how they may behave, the words they may speak, etc. The spontaneity and unpredictability produce a hilarious combination… Wayne Brady is one of my favourites. Great show. :k:

God its soo funny.. I just love it !! Very talented guys !

Yeah extremely talented ppl for an over the top hilarious show!:k:
Any idea how much these ppl get paid to do wht they do?

Wayne Brady is funny, Ryan Stiles is hilarious, Colin Mockery is so-so and Drew Carey is ok. The fifth person is almost always promising and ok.

maan its been ages since ive seen this show .. do they still air it ???

Ryan Stiles is evil. The funniest man on tv. Wayne is extremely talented.

The Game Responds:

*Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles are the "shiznits". Really. Both are Canadian coincidentally, and are great comedy talents. I specially love the act where both of them try to sell CD's based on the strangest professions:rotfl:. People, That Is All.*

Yeah, it is one of the funniest. Ryan, Wayne, Colin....these three are really hilarious. I really enjoy watching Whose line....

i never saw that show until few weeks back and i have to agree that its very fuuny. Now tell me, who's who? i can recognize them by their faces but don't know their names :D

The tall, skinny, birdfaced guy is Ryan Stiles
The black, energetic guy who mostly sings is Wayne Brady.
The bald and somewhat weird lookin guy is Colin Mochrie.
The fourth person can be any one of these..... suit boot wala Greg, the tall....and somewhat fat Brad Sherwood, the cool hunk Chip Eston or someone of the ladies whose names I don't know.
The fat, glasses wearin guy who always says " points don't matter .....points are like...." is the host Drew Carrey.

^ thanks, hmm..i think Ryan and Colin are hilarious! :D

hahah, nice descriptions Chandbeti. :D And the bald, stubborn host who's the butt of Greg Proops' jokes in the older versions is Clive Anderson.

The games and skit-scenarios featured on the show are great ice-breaking activities at your local student clubs (PSA, MSA etc), or at tamer house parties.

All of ye are hereby nominess, ..nay, winners of the 'Montgomery Burns Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Excellence' for good taste.
