This I found in the old GS threads instead of reviving the old thread I wanted to start a new one. The rules were laid out very nicely by the guppy and goes like:

This scribble is inspired by the game (of the same name) on the improvisational comedy show “Whose Line is It, Anyway?” on ABC and Comedy Central. The idea is to keep a fictional conversation going, with the participants answering each other’s questions with questions of their own. (It goes back and forth between two people on the show.) The only rules are these:
1.) A question should relate to the question right before it.
2.) Any posting that is not written in the form of a question should be ignored.
3.) Back-and-forth repetitions of the same question should be ignored if the question appears more than twice in a row (i.e., “What do you want to do?” “Well, what do you want to do?” “What do YOU want to do?” etc.) On the show, a scene is given to the participants to direct the conversation. We’ll start this one out as two friends trying to decide where to go and/or what to do for the evening (though it will most likely trail off from there). I will provide the first few lines to give you an idea of how the game goes. I hope you enjoy this!
