personally i blame society and thier parents.... but it's hard to say for sure so it's best to keep the rest of my views to myself.

I blame Society and most of all thier parents, They should be punished along

first of all, i wouldnt believe anything thats from The Sun.
personally, i dont blame society. i blame the parents who should have not had kids as they obviously didnt understand what it is to be a parent. i also blame the social services cos they were aware of these boys apparently but obviously didnt give them enough attention to figure out that they could pose a risk to others.
