Besides the one mentioned by tekno, he was excellent in the following:

  1. Primal Fear (his debut film with Richard Gere)
  2. The Score (with Bob Di Bero)
  3. Rounders (with Matt Damon)

umm yah he i agree he is defintely underrated.

I mentioned Ray Liotta before who I thought didn't make it as big as he could have. As for over-rated how about Orlando Bloom? Apart from playing the role of pixies which he did pretty well in LOTR, it's difficult to see what else he could do.

about Edward, he gave a superb performance in primal fear. I am yet to watch American history X and the 25th hour. But I have to say, he definitely is a good actor and deserves more than he gets.

if u recognize the name and the actor then perhaps he/she is not underrated.. i don't think anyone is in Hollywood.. they're either in or not.
