It is from the convocation ceremony of MOhammad Ali JInnah UNiversity but it definitely is from the convocation ceremony of Islamabad campus recently held, I am a graduate of Karachi campus and am waiting for the convocation as well, but no sign for Karachi campus, 2 BAD

i don't know who she is.. but here in usa many girls especially arabs wear there graduation caps on their scarfs .. not a surprise:)
