I am free to correct you, without necessarily needing to correct the Mufti as well. Nor am I required to agree with the assessment of the source of the information.
Now I've read my share of articles, those posted by Zakk and those Zakk did not post.
The reason why I mentioned them was because they make it absolutely clear who is responsible for this mess, but in your following reply you admit he knowingly or unwittingly caused it, so thats all ok.

It is! You can catch one criminal/thief and make him suffer for one crime, but the key here is to stop his gang leader from producing more criminals, or working to educate and give jobs to people who are likely to join his league out of sheer frustrations of unemployment or extortion etc.
