The other day I saw a package of actual whole wheat…little danay, I think grains? they’re very hard…how it used in regular cooking?

LOL , the whole wheat in ground to make flour , those danay are not used to make rotian or duble rotian in their original form and format.

Whole wheat in this form is used only for making haleem or khichra. There is no other use in desi cooking for it in this form.
