i go there for organic produce and seafood (althought their prices are really crazy) oh yes and they have those little machines that pop out nut butters....i love them :)
there is no way in hell a cake like that exists in that place!

We go there for produce and seafood. Also, we get this tiramisu that does not contain any kind of alcohol. I love their yogurt covered almonds and there salad bar is always yummy.

I love their stuff. I actualy feel better eating produce and stuff from that place. It's within walking distance too, which is great :D

Yea it can be fun to shop there…until you check out. THey don’t call it the whole paycheck for nothing.
Diva4U, it may not look like shahi tukra but once you take the cream topping off, it tastes just like it. You should try it. Femme you too.

i have found whole foods to be about as pricey as other places!
okay i will tell u my lil secret! actually i buy groceries from all over - even the regular stores!!! but i buy all my hair and facial products from there. so my soaps, shampoo, lip gloss, night cremes, blush, hair leave-in conditioners (my equivalent of gel)..etc…all organic!! but the food i eat…not so much organic!!!
what about trader joe’s hows ppls feelings on that!!!
but u know what..whole foods is becoming a star-bucks!!! its becoming a monopoly - taking over the planet! i think we need a rival! so i suggest some of us better do it! u know what would be super super great! and if u steal this idea…u better give me shares!!! atleast…shares!!!
anyway i think someone should do a solor powered! fair-trade - organic store!!! what do u think.. i know..genius!!! how do i do it!!!

yes it is pretty expensive. last time i remember my total came out to $40 for like 6-7 items. but to be honest the smaller health food stores are just as expensive. they herb u out. i see no reason why organic produce should be more expensive.
and now even walmart has started carrying organic produce. i wonder whats going to become of the small health food biz owners now .
