whole flat fish recipe please.

At my fish market the man had one whole plaice left so he gave it to me for a £1!

But now I have NO idea what to do with it!

this is what plaice looks like because I think different countries have different names

does anyone have any ideas please?

Plaice is not too meaty and is good for pan frying in a light batter (really quick to cook) or you can make it even more simple with a lemon parsley butter sauce.

I like pan fried, baby new potatoes. Cut in half before frying in a little butter and adding some salt and mixed herbs.
