I heard in the news a lady was saying some punk stole her purse. So I thought its a bad word for bad ppl but I still didn't get it.
both... used to be in groups now i do it all my self
yeah punk is a derogatory term too...real punks were down and out run away kids etc... now its mainly rich kids pretending to be that...funny but a bit complicated
