i used crest whitening strips last year, twice a day for 15 mins for about 7 days. They did wonders. But it didn't last too long. Dentists also do a pretty good job with teeth whitening

I used ones that pretty much sounded like these that was a few years ago though so the name was diff. This is a 14 day course that I dragged out to like 5 weeks.
There is also one on the website that were for 20 days… that’s obviously going to take longer to see results anyway.
I started noticing a difference after about 1-2 weeks (coz I was not using them everyday). But really, you will notice once the course is done and you compare to previously, because the change is gradual. Also, it’s not gonna go from badly stained yellow teeth to dazzling white. It’s just going to go a couple of shades lighter.
Lastly, if you bought them off ebay or something, check the date. If they are expired, it might be a reason for them not working well (if that is really the case).

I had laser whitening done about two and a half years ago, and I can honestly say its not worth it. I take good care of my teeth; don't drink coffee, smoke or anything like that. Yet this didnt last very long at all mayb a couple of months. Although, I was meant to use the gel on my teeth for ten days, but it was so uncomfortable I only lasted a few days. And oh yeah, The sensitivity is a b!tch, definitely the worst part. I've never had sensitive teeth until I had my teeth whitened, and its only gotten better in the past 6 months. Don't think I would go down that road again.

The reason I didn't go professional and particularly laser whitening is because of all the negative reviews about how much it hurts and the tooth sensitivity. There were comparatively much fewer negative reviews about the strips and most people did advise the way to avoid sensitivity was to spread out the course or stop if your teeth started feeling weird.
I do drink a lot of tea but my teeth are still whiter than before I did the strips. I just use 2 or 3 for a quick touch up every year.

I think I just went LAser Crazy back then, Zap, Zap, Zap; that was me! and all it really zapped up was all my monies :(
