If you want maybe a shade or two lighter, strips may work but for higher shade diff, you need to get it done professionally. It’s not that expensive anymore. About $300 or so.

Btw, strips have nothing but hydrogen peroxide. If you can get a bottle of high concentration hydrogen peroxide (that girls in Pakistan use to bleach hair :D) you can use that to rub on your teeth and don’t spit. That will do the trick
