i feel comfortable in shalwar kameez....i even sometimes go for a walk (with my mom) in shalwar kameez.

I wear the skirt, jeans, or shalwar...my mom usually wears the shalwars and my dad wears pants and sometimes pajamas

For those of you who do not understand the question--

"Who wears the pants"--a phrase typically used to ask who has the power in the home/relationship.

by "Shalwar" the OP was tailoring the phrase to suit us Pakistanis.

Simple yeah?

we share the shalwar. when the person has it on, the other stands around naked quiet and listening cuz the shalwar wearer knows what they are talking about. and vice versa.. teh same person doesnt wear the shalwar always cuz that is just plain greedy and stupid and no one person can be awesome at every aspect of human life... so folks, husband and wife should share the shalwar

and whilst we are on the topic, husband and wife should never try to wear te shalwar together. its a no no and no good comes from that.

I think I do. He calls me ‘the boss’:hehe: When we went to the jewellers he let me pick whatever and he joked with the jeweller, she is the boss just find her something nice/she’s going to wear it.
