Peace be upon you! Who was Mirza Ghulam Ahmad and what is the difference between the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam and the Ahmadiyya Anjuman? In 1923 the first Muslims to come from India to the United States of America were Adhadmiyya Muslim missionaries who proselytized and won many U.S. born citizens to their cause, however they were mainly African-American, not many European-Americans at that time became Muslims. I do not under the difference between these two groups and when and why they split apart? We did not see Sunni or Shi’ite Muslims until the last part of the 20th century and then they were mainly sent to administer the needs of Muslims from the Middle East, Indonesia, and Pakistan (and India) and did not appear to proselytize to win U.S. born converts to Islam. It is sometimes said Ahmadiyya are not real Islam, this I don’t know? But I do know the Shi’ite and Sunni have ignored those of us born here in the U.S. and cannot understand why they don’t have missionaries, to my knowledge, to bring us to Islam too? Is Islam only for non-Europeans? We have seen many people who were born into Jewish families convert to Islam and in Europe tens of thousands of Europeans are converting, mainly to the Ahmadiyya who appear to welcome them. Please someone, clear this mystery up for me, I will be in your debt. I apologise for U.S. Imperialism and aggression and the exploitation of other people. Yes, I know it is wrong to hurt people for oil profits in Afghanistan and Iraq and perhaps the people labeled here as terrorists are Freedom Fighters. I do not place labels on people as I have not gone through their suffering. I live in a nation that is only 6% of the world population, but uses 50% or more of the raw materials, for this apologise and regret the nation I was born in is so greedy and arrogant. Thank you all! Mirza was a person who was scholar in early part of his life, and then claim prophethood in later of 19th century in the then India. Majority of Muslims believe that he was an impostor and that Prophet Mohammed PBUH was the last prophet and there can be no prophet afterwards. This is a big debate, has been discussed to death in this forum already, so I’ll stop here on that topic.
Muslims didn’t form any “missionaries” so to speak. I am not sure how “Ahmadiyya” missionaries work. I don’t know if any “official” group was ever sent off to “Americas” to pass the message of God.

What makes you think that Islam is only for non-Europeans? Islam did spread to European region (Spain in particular) in earlier part of history.
BTW, how do YOU know that the missionaries you have seen are “Ahmadiyya”? I believe that they call “Muslims” in most parts of the world.

mirza ghulam ahmed qadiyaani was a kaffir, he claimed to be a prophet, built a mock kabba and told muslims to worship his kabba instead of goign to the real kabba in ksa!!!!!! he claimed his face was visible in the moon and he had scientists come up with scientific theroies for him which proved his face was visible on the moon blah blah!!!!! guess how dis kaffir died, sitting on a toilet, wat a blessed death.......
his grandson who also died recently, he ran muslim tv on sky digital. spreading all sorts of false beliefs. mat as fara s i know the ahmediya sect/movement have been declared kaffir. et cetera et cetera
