Men for being the part of wars or women who lost everything due to these wars?

Woman I guess,
Because men they just finish right there when they died, and womans has to suffer and go throu alot more after they were left alone.

You mean to say survival under extreme situation (like slavery, etc) is bigger suffering compared to losing life?

Both suffered. But women suffered more. Just imagine being made a slave and forced to live on the whims of a master knowing that your children, husband, parents may be dead or worse.:teary1:

once gone , its the ppl left behind who suffer 'cuz we dont know wht goes on after one is gone , so we cant talk abt the other world yet.

Yes .
When someone die,suffering end right there, ( here after life is a different issue thou) but those who were left behind they have yet to face much more.

Maybe. Jauhar was rose into prominence during the Khilji and Thuglaq times and were not recorded before. Though hindu practices have other faults, slavery was not one of them. So like I already discussed in a diff thread, slave capturing practices were first observed during Islamic invasions and the scale and frequency of it gave rise to other practices in the subcontinent.
According to wikipedia:
Jauhar and saka involved:

  • A defending Rajput army being besieged inside a fortification by an invading Islamic enemy army.
  • The realization by the defenders that defeat was both imminent and inescapable.
  • The realization by the defenders that the enemy army would capture women and children.
  • The immolation, en masse, of women and young children to avoid dishonour of being captured by the invading army;
  • The men of the besieged army riding out to a certain death on the battlefield.

Its not so, because for a party they are shaheed (Martyrs) and for other they will rot in hell.

Agree, but I just wanted to point out that deceased are not easily get gone. They are discussed in different way by different people. Some views provide relief to those who remained behind and some views add injuries to the grief :(

Janat dozakh bad Ki bat hai, and we really dnt know who exactly was shaheed, oh and I meant by bad Ki is like we dont know if they went to hell or heaven, but those who are suffering here we can see them suffering.
