If Netanyahu was in town, and a suspicion existed that an attack of some kind was imminent, he would be one of the likely targets so it would be unsurprising if he was warned a danger existed shortly before the attack.
Netanyahu is a Minister in the government of the Zionist entity in Palestine, and a former Prime Minister of that entity, so it would have been safe to assume that one of his many enemies was up to something.
