Dr Nasim was talking on ARY and he hinted that a coach has already been selected and a formal announcement will be made upon the return of 'murderers'.
^ I wonder who Mr. Naseem **Copperfield **will pull out of his sleeve...
If a coach has already been selected then it must have been some chamcha of his. How can they decide so soon, without looking at the options available!
Majid Khan who can use danda to discipline the team
followed by Mushataq muhammed who was a very good captain of his times
however the way things are it may be Wasi Zafar since the rumor is he will be fired as a law minister soon

I sincerely hope its not Intikhaab Alam.
How is it possible that a new a coach has already been selected? Did they have someone in mind even before Bob's death or did they manage to find someone so soon after his death? How can you just pick someone without exploring different options or did they do that?.
In either case - like someone stated before Mr Ashraf shouldn't be talking about the new coach.
I heard IMRAN KHAN on geo today ... and his views about next coach. He was very clear. He wanted 2 coaches to support Younis Khan to rebuild the team and take pressure off him.
1. Bowling Coach: *he was very very clear about it . Aaqib Jawed ... he has TWO under 19 world cup wins under his belt, which prove his tack record as a coach. Also, since he has been working with the junior players, he will be best to bring up the talent he has been harbouring for last few years.

2. Batting Coach: Imran did not specify anyone for that role. Personally, I'd love to see them bring in Dav Whatmore. That man knows how to turn loosers into a fighting hard unit. He changed the fortunes of Srilanka after the 1992 world cup, when they used to be considered equals only to Zimbabwe... and within just 4 yrs they won the world cup. For me that was an amazing performance as a coach. And similarly now with Bangladesh, the team which didn't know the meaning of victory, has gone on to beat most of the game's giants including Australia.
At least I'd want PCB to approach him. Whether he'd accept any offer from Pakistan, I'm not so sure about it. Bengalis wouldn't be too happy about it either.
Bob was born in sub continent. He had emotional ties to the region. I guess thats why he did. I doubt that Pakistan will get who they want in the first try.
