The ppl responsible for AIDS are the tribes in Africa that ate wild chimpanzees which has this virus....this is what i read in a magazine. After that...no idea

If you're asking whether its transmitted by males or females, it can be either. Aids is a virus that lives in bodily fluids. Mucous, saliva, sperm etc. Most typically, it is transmitted when an infected person has intercourse with an uninfected person. But it can also be transmitted via used hypodermic needles and improperly sterilized medical equipment.

Well actually aids was created by scientists that wanted to get rid of the over populated poverty areas. But tough luck for them it back fired and aids is spread all around the world.

Off course it is spread by virus and virus doesn't know the person is girl or boy, man or woman. ;)
