what happened at my time was
engagement and nikkah ....my father managed...
(outfits for both days were from their side alongwith gold sets including tikka also)
maiyon...my father arranged bcz guy's ladies-only came to our place...
1st mehndi....my father managed and they came without groom...
2nd mehndi....my family went without me ofcourse and it was arranged by guy's phopo and mamooo...
shadi...my father
valima and my outfit for that day ...my father in law
valima's jewellery,honeymoon,wedding diamond ring,...only my husband did...
jahez from my side...
bari from theirs...
nashta ...my father and phopo brought nashta to my in laws on the next day of wedding...
about muklawa ..it didnt happen actually...we spent another night @ PC ...
what i came to know laterz that when my clothes were ready to cut yani jub kainchi lagaye gi meray kupron ko to sub family ki ladies ko dupattay diay gaye aur phir barri ready hona shuru hui...i dont know whats this tradition!
