Who love shortcuts ?

Studying on the last night before exams. Praying whole night of 27th ramadan “only”. Buying lottery and dreaming to become rich in one night, suddenly joining Gym and expecting full development of muscles in a month or so…etc.

Do you feel tempted to adopt shortcuts or you feel more satisfied after achieving anything after a patient time dependent phase of hard work through proper channels ?

Of course the temptation might not be there in all fields of life, but in some, like I at times wish to leave engineering and become a religious scholar in a very short time.

Re: Who love shortcuts ?

Re: Who love shortcuts ?

In some situations short cuts are a must , for example while you are traveling or driving somewhere. Look for a short cut to career development and promotion in the company.
In other situations shortcuts should be avoided for example do not try to skip stairs while coming or going down the stairs you will end up with some broken bones.
