Gym users could you kindly guide on when it is okay to workout in the gym after eating? Is it ok to eat and exercise immediately or should one wait for a certain period of time.

It is okay to eat after going to gym but not the other way around

1 hour for a light meal and up to 2 hours for a heavy meal.

i heard you can eat 10-15 min - after exercise

^ Depends on how much you eat, I hvae seen articles and such that advise having a light snack (a SMALL energy bar/a fruit/half a fruit etc) 15-20 min prior to exercise... personally, I try to work otu first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, otherwise, even if I have s mall snack...I don't feel good working out

That depends on the diet plan, the requisite of the gym routine and "relatively light and heavy" - Heavy does not mean unhealthy.
