Yes its sung by PATHANEY KHAN who has died now,he was a legendry sufi singer & he used to live in a village near Rawalpindi.

yup, by Phataney Khan. A Sindhi artist I believe.

There comes a drama on PTV Prime called Tanha Tanha and dhabay walas are shown repeatedly palying the same song over and over and over....
