Yeah it got to be The Joker(Heath Ledger), others are just too creepy.

creepy is fine but Heath realy has done a fabulous job in that movie, n i wud say no actor can never break that spell!!!!

there was this guy in a movie called "no country for old men"[something like that], he was a serial killer and very very creepy indeed.
