i think no 1 is even on the level of Tupac, because he could write hardcore lyrics, he talked about politics, and he also talked about life!
notorious B.I.G is next and then the best rapper alive now NAS!
listen to the song my country from nas, album still matic then tell me wat he is talking about in that song, particularly 2 lines!

Others that I like/have liked include: Mack 10, Snoop Dogg and the Dogg Pound Gangster, Kool Moe Dee, Too $hort, Ice T, Ice Cube, Eric B and Rakim, Grandmaster Melle Mel, Tone Loc .. .

Not a fan of rap music at all. The only rap song I really like is by rap music pioneer Grandmaster Flash, called "The Message".
