I thought it was a Bunto? I remember someone saying something about this dress in earlier threads, anyone feel free to correct me.

Wow, that's beautiful. Maybe it's a Bunto or a maybe a Nomi Ansari creation 'cause I remember seeing something like this w/ that kinda kaam by him.
