I have seen a very similar version of this by Gul’s style, dont think its the same designer as yours though:

Oooh Mad Hatter that is gorgeous! Love Gul's collection, such pretty dresses! This is definitely a Pakistani designer, I just can't remember which one. I thought it was Umar Sayeed but couldn't find it on FB or his website.

It reminds me of Karma for some reason (cos they have a lot of bridals in this type of kidney dark red) but this style is too traditional looking to be them. Im sure I've seen this somewhere else before though ... will keep thinking and see if I remember!
