Salman does not stand a chance against Amir Zaki, Faraz Anwar and Mikaal Hasan. Probably, you guys haven't listened to Faraz's and Mikaal's music or haven't seen them play live. Its a sight to behold, the dexterity these guys exhibit is simply amazing. And on other hand, listen to Salman's very ordinary 5 second solos. He a master of riffs though but they have dried out recently.

well i reckon salman was really good in his early days untill he sold out to commertialism but this mikaal hassan is really terrific,aamir zaki is really good as well but mikaal wins my heart.this guy can fly through the notes,he is just a natural.

You might find some of his tapes there in Pakistan. He has released some of his stuff over the years but not in great number. So, it will be difficult.
