today are exacly 12 days down the line when i first visited this site. It goes without saying that i liked it. At first instance i wondered, what is the main theme these people are talking about, well much to my surprise, my eyes suggested that i should refer to the ‘site-theme’ being “Gup-Shup”. It was then that i realized that nothing serious could be discussed here…
i would like to know if i m wrong…And well, even if serious things are not allowed, i could build up friends list here. by the way i m appearing for CSS this year. and just to put the records straight, i write some pieces too. hope u enjoy some of the latest..!!

As for non-serious discussions, I think you have been stuck in only Cafe` for last 12 days though you will find some serious discussions in this Forum as well many a times
there r serious things aplenty here..but all kinds of ppl..so theres a lighter side as well...best of luck for CSS...which group has the highest merit these days...services of foreign affairs? or DMG?
