I'd say definitely the find of the series (ODI and Tests combined) are Pathan, Balaji, Asim, Kamran and Umer (Tests) . Nehra didn't do too bad either (Tests).

Those who were expected to perform and came out well .. Inzi, Dravid, Tendu, Yoyo, Sehwag, Kumble

Those who just miti paleed their prior reputations and didn't really performed upto their potential and hype are ... Yasir, Imran, Taufeeq, Zaheer Khan, Razzler, Laxman, Chopra, Genguly (ODI's), Shoaib, Saqi, Razzler and many more.

and kamran, not to metnion, has proven himself worthless with the bat, much to my disappointment....

I think the star of the series were the youngsters.

It will be hard to mention just one, but I would pick Pathan, Kamal, Balaji and Gul. It seemed to me that the younger guys had more enthusiasm in their eyes to win, than the senior players.

my star of the ODI series was mr. Extra... Mr.Extra was so consistance, and it played a vital role as well.

the test series star i m trying to find.. Pakistan's lack of power to make INDIA bat twice :( could be one star.
