was the guy harming the kid? did he have any history of child abuse.. we don’t know i guess..
why did he fire at the Police and people? maybe cuz he thought they were trying to take his kid away from him and he probably didn’t know better to fight a custody battle like normal people.. or maybe he just wanted some harm to come his or the child’s way.. again we don’t know..
nevertheless LAPD had NO RIGHT to go in like RAMBOs and shoot the both of them… but hey let’s hope that woman is now satisfied that this guy’s dead… 
i hate this free hand given to Police.. we’re becoming more and more of a Police state.. don’t they have to go catch some criminals and bust some mexican gangs in LA?
