As world cup is approaching…who wud u like to have as the following for Pakistan Cricket Team???
CAPTAIN:
a) Wasim Akram
b) Waqar Younes
WICKET KEEPER:
a) Moin Khan
b) Rashid Latif

You are asking like as we Guppies are selectors of PCB

Waqar & Wasim are both credible players. I’d go for Waqar as a Captain, though, I won’t mind Wasim to be as a Captain.
Vice Captain will be Inzimam, definitely 
As goes for Wicket keeper, if Rashid Latif couldn’t get over his injuries, Moin Khan will be in. But b/w them, I’d go for Latif because he ain’t misses catches as Moin does.

I agree that Rashid is much better keeper than moin ... But as a batsman Hmm i don't think so ....Cause On his day moin is a match winner ... On the other hand Latif is not so ... I know moin is not a technical and proper batsman ...But he's effectful ... And i don't remember a single match when Rashif Latif has won for Pakistan , on his own ... But moin has done it several times ... It's quite a difficult job ...saying who should be in n who should be out ... But i think moin is better having playing one dayz n Latif playing test matches ... Don't you think soo ???
Also, I would like to add here that...
Moin is better cuz he is "The man of crisis"
he has the ability to encourage his team while they r under pressure...but Rashid is kinda.....
Rashid is a good wicket keeper but he is not a good bat'sman
so having Moin in the team is a lot better........... :)

I would prefer Wasim as a captain but due to circumstances (Qayum Report) Wasim is deprived of leading the Pakistani side ever.
Waqar is the only choice unless Moin is brought in, then he should be made captain.
One thing I have noticed about Waqar's captaincy is that soon as he took over, our bowling got a little better, specially the deal with Shoaib, who is getting less injured every match.
Under Moin, our batting lineup seemed to be more confident, they played themselves but now things don't look that way.
What we need is an allrounder who can be the captain, who can look both aspects of having a stable team, both in bowling and batting.

World cup is so near, do you think we can get an allrounder for this job? If yes, who it will b?
I think the captaincy decision is too late. A captain for the WC should have been appointed months before, so he can lead a stable team to the WC. A last minute decision will only harm the team than benefitting them.
As of rightnow, the only 2 allrounders in the team are Wasim and Razzaq, Wasim is disallowed and Razzaq is too young, so my opinion is to stick with Waqar, I would prefer someone else but like I said before its too late.
But, I've heard that PCB has announced Waqar as Captain till the World Cup.
Agreed with the decision?

well i can quote matches where Rashid won the match on his own or his inngs played an important part in that t will be too lenghty but just to correct you :) so if you want me to tell you i can let you know , other then that i agree moin has done exceptionlly well with the bat and i wold definetly go for him if Rashid is not fit for the WC...
Wasim has been the best captain for pakistan... i think... not sure...
So... keeping his match fixing allegations aside... I would chose him as the captain...
