Honestly I don't know but i guess to attract attention and look cool. But i seriously doubt you are saying that women dress provactively to gain male attention. Because it is the same said females who complain about sexual harrasement and men being pigs. Errr the men being pigs was not an attempt to flame you or insinuate anything.
