Think about it from another angle. When Isa (AS) will come, there will be people who will reject him. Now, Muslims who will reject him will continue to call themselves Muslims because they think he is not the one they were waiting for (Isa AS). What about those who accepted Him ? do they still qualify as Muslims or not?
