Who goes to gym regularly here??

I want to find out whether I lift the most weight all you Pakistanis or not. Let me know how much you guys do benchpress. Girls are welcome too.

I do 300 Lbs.

300 lbsss mannn.. thats a lot dude.. i use to do heavy weights too.. was at the 250 lbs level and then my shoulder muscle went bad and coudlnt work out for an year.. now i do light weight training(100-175 range) with cardio.. 5 times a week though for 2 hours or more in a day..

Rather, i go walking/running & play basketball basically 5 days a week for 40 min+ for each of them.

Its Rickshawala. Not Tangawala... there is difference of race, ethnicity, age and accent.

Tangawala is always punjabi and old.

Rickshawala is always pathaan, with a beard.

Rickshawala..how many reps do u do?
i don't lift heavy weights though... just the little dumbbell ones..
but i run on my treadmill once in a while if that counts.

btw: what do all of u think about female body builders?

I love working out, my health and racquet membership card has to be my most valued posession!! I do a lot of cardiovascular, step classes, treadmill, weights and machines! I dont want to be a bodybuilder so I only do very light weights!! By the way, how many push-ups can you guys do in 1 go? The most I can manage is 10!! But im workin on it...

I build my biceps lifting the beer Mug..4 sets of 9-10 reps a day are enough.

I do go to gym everyday, they have the best cheesefries and chilidog right across the street.

and ummm benchpress..i lift the whole gym

I think taking care of your body and health is NOT a waste of time. But I m not talking about gym rats either who live/eat/sleep in the gym.

Amber: I do five sets of each exercise of which one set even has three reps. The other sets have 12/10/8 reps respectively. I do the heaviest weight with the fewer reps.
I hate female professional bodybuilders. But that dont mean girls should keep themselves fit only that they should NOT be lifting 100 lbs on their biceps. One word: Gross

Cat-woman: I can do 45 in one go. I dont like to max out usually though. So usually I do 30. I dont really like to do pushups. I use it as a replacement if I plan to miss my gym due to some other business.

Mr. Fraudia, I would have responded to any guy too if they had really asked me. It was just that girls happen to be the one who actually told me how they were keeping themselves fit.

Its not about why I care how people are doing with their health. I thought we could start a discussion according to our taste/interests right?

I life weights and bike…currently focus is not on bulking up but on toning.

never was a runner never was a body builder so never bothered with how much I lifted or how long it too to finish a mile. kept fit by playing competitive footbal (soccer) and rugby (7s).

there was a time when i could bench 280 sigh

oh well…getting right back @ it now…started workin out again a few weeks ago (after 2 years)

.. and one more thing anybody who says that he or she is happy beign out of shape is lying.. cause deep down inside we all know we wanna look good and be in shape.. its just we portray ourselves to be happy as is so atleast if noone else we can satisfy ourselves by lying and justify not going to gym..
