who does what?!

I’ve actually not been to many weddings, so i’m a little comfused about who does what on the mehndis.

  • Does the groom side bring the mehndi (as in the plates ect?) or does both sides do it?
  • who brings the main mehndi plate? the one with the mehtai that’s fed to the bride and groom?

Both sides bring goodies :)

Groom's side bring in flowers and meethai and other gifts
Bride's side prepare colorful thaals with mehndi and flowers/candles!!

Okay, but who brings the thaal with the mitai and mehndi that's fed to the bride and groom?
I need to know if i need to look into this stuff or not ;)

I think its the groom's side, cos they also bring the flower jewellery to put on the bride.

Could be wrong though.
