He played like there is no end of the world, but then what happened is the history. History which got lesson, but no one learned that lesson :)

but Zia ki baqiyat continue to haunt the country todate. Its like fairy tales stories, when one monster was killed, 100s of more dangerous monsters were born.

But the same Zia only strengthened Pakistan both militarily and diplomatically.He could pose a threat to India (by all means)and did not back-off in warning Soviets engaged in Kabul.

But I still remember the day when I grabbed the newspaper with the headlines of Mr.Zia's assassination.I was a school boy back then ,but I was overjoyed with the news.That was the kind of `demonisation' given to him in India.Or India looked at him with much awe.
