The establisment i.e. the army+intelligence setup wrongly or rightly determines seat allocation to the minutest level. That's an open secret. They basically "hire" a government and till sometimes back had the capacity to fire one too. Since the current leaders have failed, (hopefully) expect a completely new setup in the next elections which may be the people's choice but past experience would make it difficult to accept that there's no ineterference from the establishment.

the complete political system is a sham it is not working it breeds more corruption and has no solutions for the average man in the street.
you can blame rich elite, land owners, america or the army but it's clear there is not one single part of the political system anyone can be proud of and say wow this is great because it is rotten from top to bottom.
Pakistan is in need of a revolution and the entire system needs to change.

Correct me if I am wrong, isn't it true feeling that intelligence is under army and politicians/civil govt. have secondary role in intelligence in Pakistan?

You pretty much are saying combined influence of three or four that could very well be but what I mean is for a party or person to get to power, ....
............who should that party go to to get the desired result with surety?
