My vote is MQM...hands down...if you count all the murders, robberies, cell phone/atm/jewelry stick ups, extortion, violence, rioting, burning, kidnapping, torture since the 80s, then MQM is far ahead of any other party in all of South Asia...in fact even if you combine all the above by all political parties or any other entity, they'd still dwarf in comparison to MQM prolific track record in this department...
