Why waste your energy on hating someone? I dont think its worth it. So loving to do such a worthless thing is out of question atleast for me.

there are quite a few behaviors that I dislike (lately, the smug condescending type)... but I try not to "hate". I try to think of this sometimes: "do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who insult you and persecute you" (from the Bible - can't remember the reference).

hate ? why would i burden my soul with such a strongly negative emotion such as hate? no one is worth placing that kind of negativity inside me and like zareen said hate requires way too much energy...im not wasting that much energy on anyone....no one is worth that much energy or negativity ... no thank ya
even ppl who hurt me...almost always get dua's from me... try it....making dua for the person who hurts you does wonders for your soul

hate is too strong a word! i do dislike a certain people ...and since hate is consider equally strong as love ...i wouldnt waste it on someone i dont really like ... i would have better things to do then hating him and thinking up mean things about that person all the time :p

Hmm, I think that most people don't "love" to hate someone. It's not an emotion that people look forward to feeling and I don't think that they enjoy the stress that comes with being consumed with negative thoughts.
For me it depends upon the gravity and frequency of the offense and I have a lot of patience, but it has its limits. To be honest, I have felt hatred toward certain individuals....I have used the word "hate" when describing my feelings toward them. I wish I could say that I've truly never wasted my time feeling that way....but that's not so and I try to redirect myself toward more positive things. I will say that with time....the intensity of those negative feelings does decrease and I'm able to move on.

I dont hate anyone. People who I dont like for one reason or another, I just dont mingle with them much and ignore their behavior.
