The persons who have made crude remarks about Gandhi in this thread either r utter chauvinists who refuse to acknowledge his greatness just because he was an Indian or are grossly misinformed about his deeds! I dont know what others feel but the biggest idiot in here is the guy who proposed Godse's name! And another proposes Jinnah's name in the same breath as he insults Gandhi....is this in anyway keeping with the rules of civilization??? I dont claim i know much about Jinnah except that he was a staunch supporter of "the 2 nation theory" and that he had a parsee wife....perhaps he was a good man...in that case, wouldn't it be insulting him to mention him as great in the same sentence which has been used to insult Gandhi?
I personally dont like Gandhi's philosophy of non violence ...but then there is no denying that he was a man who spend a major part of his life in the service of mankind...and paid for his religious tolerance with his life! If anyone has genuine complaints about Gandhi having spoilt their life, please,please,mention them...but dont take potshots at Gandhi in Ur anger for someone else......especially since most people in GUPSHUP had agreed in a prev.thread that creation of Pakistan was a major mistake and Gandhi was one who had foreseen this!

Quid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinah is the Hero of the Pakistani People and saying that he was just the supporter of the 2-nation theory is an insult to his services by a Hindu. But this type of insult is not unusual from a Hindu. Like I said that Hero of a Nation is always a villain for the other nation. Creation of Pakistan was a great Naa'mat of Allah (SWT) and if some one who is loyal to Hindus on the GupShup and tell us that the creation of Pakistan was a mistake is just an insane. I would love to throw these Hindu well-wishers outside the Pakistan. Love Pakistan or leave the Pakistan and don't call yourself a Pakistani if you do not like Pakistan.
