I talk to my car, my grocery, my clothes, my phone or basically what ever is in front of me like door or blanket or pillow or a mug or what ever. talking to humans is too risky. they all judge you!

there is some truth to this, that’s why I try to ask really personal questions online, it might not be on GS but it helps to discuss it and get all different views/sides of a particular problem that others might have also gone through. plus it just helps you think about it until you yourself reach a decision.

at the end of the day they dont’ know you in the nonvirtual world so there’s no room for judging, you could always make another profile so nobody in that forum would know it was you that asked that question.

You know guys talk about stuff too... it's not as lovey dovey or mushy as the conversations girls have. We have more realistic conversations.

My best buddy Brian, his wife was acting all weird and saying how she didn't feel young blah blah blah, there were issues with having children, basically she was looking to step around on him. My buddy was SO upset, I still remember standing out in a mid December snow storm with him as he expressed his concerns and fears and basically telling me his marriage was over. Women start hugging each other blah blah blah, men say "That B!TCH! DUMP HER"

Well that's what ended up happening and my buddy was destroyed for about 6 months and I was there for him every day and then introduced him to a very good single friend of mine, they are now happily married.

But yeah, we DO talk about these things.

we keep our feelings bottled up for the most part to be responsible and not hurt others around us, plus being strong is a societal expectation..so we do it and do it throughout the life and thats why men die earlier because that stress accumulates and does a number on men.
