Who designed this?

I wasn’t sure if it was best to post this in the wedding forum or in this forum, but I figured you all were more fashion oriented here.

Anyway, i found this outfit on the Bargello site, which leads me to believe that it is a magazine cut out of a design from a huge fashion house.

I’ll never be able to figure out who originally made this on my own, thus I’m relying on you all.

I think it by Memoona Manan (Rouge).. Read/saw it sumwhere.. not sure though..
