The muqam-e-Ibrahim is the stone that was carried by angels (levitated) as the Ka’bah was being re-built by Ibrahim (AS). Adam (AS) being the size he was stood taller than the Ka’bah and needed no such flying platform.

And the basis for this is?

Sanan: The dome of the rock was built much later than Hazrat Sulaiman.

The current ka’aba was built during the time of the Holy Prophet(saw) wasn’t it?
