Who are the War Victims for the governor’s fund?

KARACHI: The Sindh government, in its budget for the new fiscal year 2007-2008, has allocated Rs 35.1 million for the Sindh Governor’s War Victims Relief Fund. The Sindh government has allocated this large amount for war victims, even though there has been no war in the country since 1971. The budget document does not specify who exactly the fund will benefit. In contract, Rs 6 million has been allocated for the Sindh Relief Fund. qazi asif
